When our head, neck and shoulders are in front of the body’s midline, gravity is pulling down. Consequently the body isn’t able to balance on the weight baring surfaces of the bones. The muscles get involved in trying to upright this slumped over situation but loose out over time. The muscles are over taxed, out of balance and speak to us through PAIN.
If this situation isn’t corrected, you may experience physical symptoms:

Your Initial Consultation

2) evaluate your current posture
3) take photos
4) recommend a specific plan that includes:
*education
*hands on treatment
*exercises to support the new body posture
