Posture Workshops
These sessions are designed to educate groups on how the body works and functions in its natural state of balance. Come and spend some time with friends and co-workers to find out what can be done to improve flexibility and improve quality of life. An hour or two can change your life.
You will learn exercises that will increase flexibility in tight areas of the body and increase strength in other parts of the body to actually hold the body upright, head, neck and shoulders back.
