Kira is for corporate misfits who dread Mondays. They’ve lost their joy for work if they ever had it. Through her coaching program, Love Monday, Kira helps clients wake up from scarcity thinking, tune into what they really want, and find the courage to choose themselves so they can finally live a life free of self-imposed limitation, embracing their passion and following their bliss. She works with the archetypes to give clients a soulful understanding of their personal makeup. Dr. Kira has been coaching since 2015. She is a Life Coach School certified coach, archetypal consultant certified by Caroline Myss, and completed Byron Katie’s School for the Work. She studied consciousness at Saybrook University where she received her Ph.D. Kira also earned an MBA from Duke and a BA at Carleton College. Kira is an exile from Corporate America where she held the positions of project manager, manager, and director at Fortune 100/500 companies.

She loves to hike with her dog, Malcolm.
