Thank you for all you do to help Sharon's Unique Spirit meet our business objectives, make our clients happy and support them to thrive in their own creative endeavors.  Our intention is to do the same for you.  Here I will make clear the scope, expectations, referral process and commissions agreement for our strategic alliance to ensure a long and happy partnership.

As a Champion Referral Partner Sharon's Unique Spirit and Sharon Caren promises:

1. To only have good things to say about you and your business and your relationship with Sharon's Unique Spirit.

2. To let you know ASAP when a client lets us know they've been happy or unhappy with your services.

3. To be on the lookout for clients for you. We know the best way to send you clients is to invite people to your live events, online events, products or services you provide, and to share your online presence via social media.

4. To warm them up as best we can to make it easy for them to get started with you.

5. To be honored and proud and share our “Voice” about you and that you are our strategic alliance partner.  

6. To be on the lookout for opportunities that can further our partnership and accelerate your business or creative endeavor such as speaking, podcasts, collaborative workshops or event opportunities.

7. We promise to send you, on time, commission checks and reports and to keep you informed on any clients you send us.

8. We promise to treat any clients you send us like the VIPs they are.

9. We will respond quickly, be positive, and do a great job.

We request as a Champion Referral Partner for Sharon Caren that you agree:

1. To only have good things to say about Sharon Caren and the Sharon's Unique Spirit Community.

2. To be honored and proud and share your “Voice” about the offerings of Sharon's Unique Spirit that do not conflict with yours (readings and clearings, spiritual coaching, courses, workshops, speaking opportunities and other offerings).

3. To refer clients to Sharon's Unique Spirit as often as possible. Please invite and send your clients and contacts to our free events—a great way for us to do all the “selling” for you. You may also introduce Sharon, via email or Facebook Messenger, to any potential clients, and she will personally talk to them and invite them to Sharon's Unique Spirit programs, services, or products. You will get the referral credit and commission on all programs, services, products they buy.

4. To promote Sharon's Unique Spirit, and our various offerings. You will receive commissions when the link you share is used by your referees.  Your links are valid for the entirety of your partnership unless otherwise indicated.

5. To be on the look-out for opportunities that will further Sharon's Unique Spirit’s presence and business. This includes and is not limited to speaking, podcast appearances, article submissions, participation in collaborative events, and introductions to other exciting partners.

6. To be in communication about any challenges or concerns about our alliance. If this partnership or any aspect of this partnership is not working for you, let me know as soon as possible.

Champion Referral Partner Commissions

1. This agreement is valid for the lifetime of the product/service unless otherwise indicated.

2. You will receive 10% commission on sales originating from your custom referral link.​  By letting your community know about my services and referring to your custom links, you earn commissions on sales.  Commissions are paid out via PayPal on a quarterly basis.

3. There is no need to track your referrals because GoAffPro does that for you!  You will receive notifications when your link leads to successful referrals.

4. In the event a client cancels and payment not collected, any commissions paid will be subtracted from a future report or you can promptly return the funds to Sharon's Unique Spirit.  You may send electronic payments to Sharon's Unique Spirit PayPal business account: sharon@sharoncaren.com

5. If you have any questions about commission payments, please contact Sharon Caren directly at sharon@sharoncaren.com

6. You are not an employee and Sharon  Caren will not withhold income tax or social security and medicare tax from your commission. Where applicable, Sharon Caren will send you a 1099 form. Your Federal Tax ID number can be entered onto your Referral Partner dashboard.

7. You agree to consider the tax requirements in your area and act responsibly with regard to any commissions received by you.

8. Once your Referral Partner Application has been reviewed you will receive an email on its status.  Should your application be approved you will receive an email with your link to the Sharon Caron GoAffPro Dashboard and more.

9. The Referral Partner relationship will be reviewed for renewal in three years. Upon renewal you will continue receiving commissions on any new program, service, or product purchased by referees using your links.

10. The specifics of this agreement are to be held in strict confidence.

Champion Referral Partner/Affiliate AGREEMENT

By applying to become a Referral Partner I am confirming that I understand and agree to the above of this strategic alliance agreement.  I further understand that any breach of this agreement could be grounds for dissolving or our alliance and/or possible legal action arising from such breach.
